Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead, manage, and supervise construction activities for government infrastructure projects.
Ensure adherence to government tender specifications, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and review project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with government departments, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Ensure timely execution and completion of projects within budget.
Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and resolve technical issues.
Prepare DPRs, MIS reports, work progress documents, and compliance reports.
Manage project risks, safety protocols, and statutory requirements.
Ensure documentation as per government contract norm

Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
Excellent communication and government liaison skills.
Candidates from Government Engineering Colleges (NITs/State Govt Colleges/Equivalent) will be preferred.
