As an experienced Project Manager with expertise in SRE AWS Splunk and Dynatrace, you will play a crucial role in driving successful outcomes in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading project planning sessions to define scope and objectives aligned with business goals. - Overseeing project execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely delivery. - Providing guidance on SRE practices to enhance system reliability and performance. - Managing AWS infrastructure to optimize resources and ensure scalability. - Utilizing Splunk for monitoring and analyzing system logs to identify and resolve issues. - Implementing Dynatrace for application performance management to ensure optimal user experience. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. - Monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing needs and priorities. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in Property & Casualty Insurance. - Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and understanding. - Preparing and presenting project status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team performance. - Fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
