Role & responsibilities

First point of contact for client on all issues
Ability to handle multiple projects at a time
Review and evaluate Architectural, Structural & Services drawings
Well Experienced in Strategy Planning, Project management, Contract management, Construction Management, Site Analysis / safety, Value Engineering, Budget & Cost Control, Resource management, Vendor development, Co-ordination / Liaison, Commercial Negotiation, Quality Control
Design Management
Selection of Construction materials as per Standards & reconciliation of materials periodically.
Estimation, preparation of quotations, technical interactions, job planning including manpower planning
Ensure project delivery standards as per organizational standards.
Effectively co-ordinate with Users / clients, architects, Designers, Third Party Agencies, & Vendors, Consultants as well as Labour for smooth completion of Projects on Schedule
Attend all design review meetings & project review meetings related to site.
Give necessary technical guidance & training support to the site Project Team.
Track and report to the client on overall time and cost progress of the project.
Monitor site works in terms of site quality and drawing implementation
