Role & responsibilities: The role holder is accountable for the end-to-end completion of all the Structure design assignment for their concerned sub-function. The focus is on driving the areas of design assignments performance in terms of quality and safety, people management, Liasoning with the stakeholders and reviewing the progress of the assignment. Preferred candidate profile: Should have experience of designing Commercial / Residential Buildings, Station Buildings, Warehouses etc using ETABS / STAAD Pro Softwares. Define the scope of the assignment for the Structure sub-function in collaboration with Senior Management. Finalize and approve the estimates and plans for the requirement and optimization of resources - time, manpower etc. for the respective assignment. Review the schedule for the assignment completion and ensure effective allocation of the resources to the determined activities. Pre-determining the design quality, objectives, and measures upon which the design will be evaluated at various stages and its completion. Manage on time execution and ensure adherence to set design standards by minimizing rework. Aid in defining the design framework and guidelines for the planning and bidding team. Ensure that the quality assurance system is implemented and adhered to. Review the design creation progress and identify the underlying deviations from the standards and schedule. Ensure that the design deliverables are on time at the required level of quality and safety. Work with the design director for design optimization and final approval on designs. Ensure adherence to all compliance as well as SOPs set by GRIL corporate office. Liaison with the client, consultants, and relevant government officials to acquire necessary approvals, when ever needed. Apprise the team and senior management (Design Director and Head Design) about the delivery progress and request support for providing necessary inputs for smooth execution. Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders, including Vertical Leads in the organizational the progress of the delivery.

Role & responsibilities - Identify and engage potential multinational and large corporate clients in need of Warehousing and Industrial space solutions. - Promote and pitch Sky Warehousing Private Limited build-to-suit capabilities to relevant decision-makers. - Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (design, construction, legal) to propose customized warehousing and industrial park solutions. - Lead negotiations, structure commercial terms, and close deals efficiently. - Manage end-to-end client relationship: from initial contact and proposal development to contract finalization and ongoing customer support. - Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and provide regular reporting to leadership. - Represent Sky Warehousing at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen brand visibility and business opportunities. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. 5-10 years of experience in industrial real estate, warehousing leasing, or corporate real estate business development. Strong network of decision-makers in multinational companies, especially in logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, and automotive sectors. Demonstrated success in closing high-value leasing or built-to-suit industrial/warehouse deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visits. Role & responsibilities First point of contact for client on all issues Ability to handle multiple projects at a time Review and evaluate Architectural, Structural & Services drawings Well Experienced in Strategy Planning, Project management, Contract management, Construction Management, Site Analysis / safety, Value Engineering, Budget & Cost Control, Resource management, Vendor development, Co-ordination / Liaison, Commercial Negotiation, Quality Control Design Management Selection of Construction materials as per Standards & reconciliation of materials periodically. Estimation, preparation of quotations, technical interactions, job planning including manpower planning Ensure project delivery standards as per organizational standards. Effectively co-ordinate with Users / clients, architects, Designers, Third Party Agencies, & Vendors, Consultants as well as Labour for smooth completion of Projects on Schedule Attend all design review meetings & project review meetings related to site. Give necessary technical guidance & training support to the site Project Team. Track and report to the client on overall time and cost progress of the project.
