Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee our project upkeep initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing small- to medium-sized projects related to facilities maintenance, repairs, Upliftment s and upgrades. The Project Lead will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. And weekly audit to be done and report to be submitted.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for upkeep projects.
2. Project Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders, including facilities staff, contractors, and vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
3. Scope Management: Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables.
4. Budgeting and Cost Management: Establish and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure costeffectiveness.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards, and conduct regular site inspections.
6. Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, timelines, and budget.
7. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
8. Contract Management: Manage contracts with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
9. Team Management: Supervise and coordinate with project team members, including facilities staff and contractors.
10. Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including plans, timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
11. Training: Proper training to be provided to maintenance team about the project finishes and Upliftment materials for maintenance and dos and donts periodically.
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management, construction, or Renovation works. Hospital experience is preferred.
3. Expertise in Field: Required Expertise in interior works and knows about all interior materials properties.
Skills:
1. Strong project management and coordination skills.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
