Key Responsibilities:

Project planning & monitoring

• Design Freeze Approval: Finalization of all designs before execution.
• Technical Reviews & Compliance Checks: Periodic design and code compliance validation.
• Milestone Tracking & KPI Dashboards: Monitoring progress against schedules and key indicators.
• Risk Management & Stakeholder Reporting: Maintaining risk registers and structured communications.
• Document & Contractual Control: Centralized tracking and legal compliance of project documents.
• Internal Quality & HR Compliance Audits: Checks for ISO/QMS compliance and workforce readiness.

Projects Execution

• Site Readiness & Daily Progress Monitoring: Ensuring logistics, materials, and manpower are in place; tracking daily performance.
• Health, Safety & Quality Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and conducting inspections at all stages.
• Material Reconciliation & NCR Management: Ensuring efficient material usage and resolving quality deviations.
• Commissioning & Handover: System validation, stakeholder signoffs, and final documentation for handover.
• Project Clouser: Make technical and financial clouser report of the project.

Budget Planning and Control

• Incoming Material Inspection & MDCC: Confirm the quality through QC or third party of the materials before providing MDCC for dispatching to the site and before using.
• Maintain Quantity & Quality of the ongoing work through have full control on final certification of invoices of vendors, supplier and contractors. PM also has full control of the PR/PO quantity as per the approved design and requirements.
• Stage-Wise Inspections: Quality checks at each phase of construction or assembly at site.
• Final QA/QC Clearance: Mandatory quality sign-off before commissioning.
• Pre-Commissioning Checklist: Verification of readiness across all systems.
• System Testing & Validation: Performance checks per design specifications.
• Client & Third-Party Approvals: Sign-off from all stakeholders.
