Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:
B.E./B.Tech (Civil Engineering). M.E./MBA in Project Management (preferred).
Experience:
1218 years, with proven track record in high-rise building projects (30+ floors preferred).
Strong knowledge of
construction methodologies, structural systems, MEP coordination, and finishing works
.
Proficiency in
MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office tools
.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
