Project Manager (civil)

Job description:

We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate shall have a strong background in Civil construction and Project management with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget safely. He shall be the brand ambassador of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Project Execution Plans, Schedules, and Budgets.
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage Multiple Projects and Project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
• Maintain clear and concise project documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the organization, Teams, Clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge in Contract Management and Tendering.
• Negotiate Contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports to management.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 10-12 years of experience in Civil construction and Project Management.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Project or similar project management software.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
• Male candidates are preferred.
• Residency in Kochi is mandatory.
• Remuneration shall be as per the industry standards and acumen.
