As a Project Manager - Civil specializing in High-Rise Buildings, your role will involve overseeing and managing upcoming high-rise residential and commercial projects in Trivandrum, Kerala. With a minimum of 15 years of experience in civil construction, particularly in managing large-scale building projects, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and budget compliance of the projects. Your primary focus will be on leading project site operations and coordinating with various stakeholders for smooth project flow. - Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Supervise site engineers and contractors. - Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and safety standards. - Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits. - Manage procurement of materials and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Maintain project documentation for timely handover of completed projects.
