Project Manager- Civil Engineer

Senior Civil Engineer (Renovation Projects) – Udaipur / Kishangarh

Who We’re Looking For:

A seasoned Civil Engineer with 10–20 years of hands-on experience in renovating luxury homes, farmhouses, offices, or apartments. This role is open to professionals below 45, preferably based in Rajasthan with prior experience working in the region.

Location & Travel:

Based in Udaipur / Kishangarh, with travel to project sites as needed.

Compensation:

- Competitive package starting at ₹1 lakh/month, with significant scope for upward revision depending on experience and project expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage renovation projects from planning to delivery, ensuring high standards of quality and on-time execution

- Oversee cost control, quantity estimation, billing, and site supervision

- Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors

- Interpret construction drawings and ensure strict adherence to project specifications

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

- Proven track record in high-end renovation projects

- Strong leadership, communication, and client liaison skills

- Proficiency in site management, estimation, and billing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
