Project Manager

We are looking for Project Manager / Coordinator (Software Engineering background preferred, Coding knowledge needed) for our organization.

Location- Sector V, Salt Lake

Salary upto 10Lpa max.

Experience & Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of project management and related experience
• Must have the prior experience as Software Engineer / Developer / Tester before starting the career as a Project Manager / Coordinator.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not mandatory
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

Skills:

• Strong leadership skills
• Proven self-management and team-management skills
• Ability to monitor and control project budgets
• Capability to make decisions under pressure

Tentative Job Description:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
• Track project costs to meet the budget
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Identify and resolve issues that arise
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
• Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders
• Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
