Project Manager

Duties: Track project workow, and control all phases of the project to ensure its outcome meets expectations Documenting each step of the process, and optimizing it ¢ Develops detailed project plans, schedules, and workows, ensuring they meet client specications ¢ Mentor operations team members to drive eiciency and innovation; provide guidance on production solutions ¢ Providing technical expertise and guidance to the Operations team, resolving technical challenges, optimizing existing localization processes ¢ Understand and execute client and project requirements ¢ Executes quality assurance processes to ensure translation quality ¢ Manages all project assets and deliverables ¢ Proactively assessing project risks through prioritization, bug management, and any other means necessary ¢ Supports team members and cross trains with other team members as necessary ¢ Use project management software to maximize production and quality, as well as cost management ¢ Review client and third-party feedback and assess the impact on completed and future projects ¢ Log relevant complaints related to vendor, translation quality, and/or formatting ¢ Develop full mastery of the BIG tooling and technology environment ¢ Work closely with leadership to capture business requirements Skills/Qualications: ¢ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, decision-making abilities, and creative thinking to readily oer solutions ¢ Organized and skilled multitasker who possesses the ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision ¢ Excellent oral and written communication skills ¢ Detail-oriented ¢ Procient in technology ¢ 5+ years project management experience ¢ Microsoft Oice (Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint)
