Job Description

Translate high-level customer needs into actionable product requirements and documentation.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals.
Develop and own project plans including scope, estimates, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (if Agile).
Define, monitor, and report key metrics that reflect project health, delivery velocity, and team performance.
Use data and insights to continuously improve delivery processes and team outcomes.
Generate reliable estimates from evolving or incomplete requirements.
Serve as the primary communication bridge between customers and internal teamsensuring clarity, alignment, and shared expectations.
Align project scope and timelines with company goals and product roadmap.
Actively manage and negotiate trade-offs, scope, and deadlines with both customers and internal stakeholders.
Unblock and support team members to maintain execution momentum.
Contribute strategic insights and ideas to help customers solve problems and shape product direction.
Uphold a high bar for quality and consistency across all deliverables.
Document decisions, plans, and deliverables for internal transparency and knowledge sharing.
Work within Agile methodologies using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.

Provide timely updates and surface the right information for stakeholders to make informed decisions.
