Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ASPICE 3.1 implementation projects from initiation to certification.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and process teams to ensure alignment with ASPICE standards.
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Facilitate workshops, reviews, and audits with client teams and assessors.
• Ensure effective communication and reporting across all levels of the organization.
• Travel to client locations for project execution, stakeholder meetings, and assessments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing ASPICE implementation projects in the automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of ASPICE 3.1 process groups and assessment models.
• Excellent project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ALM tools (e.g., Polarion), model-based development, and safety standards.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Exposure to ISO 26262, Functional Safety, and Cybersecurity standards.
• Experience working with Tier-1 or OEM automotive clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
