Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager Accounts & Operations

Experience:

About the Role:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end
Statements of Work (SOWs)
, ensuring scope, deliverables, and timelines are met.
Manage
account operations
, resource planning, and reporting across projects.
Assist in monitoring
P&L performance
, project budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
Partner with
sales and presales teams
to support proposals, contracts, and sales cycle activities.
Coordinate with finance and legal to ensure
contractual compliance
.
Track project health, risks, and dependencies, escalating when needed.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and updates for stakeholders and leadership.
Contribute to
process improvements
and tool adoption for better project and financial management.

Required Skills & Experience:

2 years of experience in
Project Management, PMO, or Account Operations
.
Exposure to
SOW management
and basic understanding of
P&L/budget tracking
.
Knowledge of
operations/project governance
and sales cycle processes.
Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, reporting tools (Power BI preferred), and project management tools
.
Ability to connect project execution with business and financial outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP / PRINCE2 or similar certification (nice to have).
Experience in
IT services, consulting, or delivery operations
.
Familiarity with
contract management and client interaction
.
