Project Manager

As an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a high-rise building from planning to delivery. Your key responsibilities will include defining project scope and objectives, developing detailed construction schedules and budgets, coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring progress to ensure timely completion, and resolving any construction-related issues or risks that may arise. It will be crucial for you to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout the project. Maintaining project documentation and providing regular status updates will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Possessing a PMP or similar certification will be advantageous. Demonstrated experience in managing high-rise building construction projects, strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations, along with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in project management software and tools is also required. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.
