Roles & Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination:

    Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with program goals, schedules, and budget. You will track, organize, and monitor tasks and issues within

    Jira

    , including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Agile Facilitation:

    Facilitate the

    Scrum

    process and ensure the team adheres to

    Agile

    principles. This includes organizing and leading Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Requirements & Analysis:

    Collect, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications. You will also gather and interpret data to support decision-making and report on progress.
  • Risk Management:

    Identify and escalate potential risks and assist with mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Communication:

    Coordinate team meetings and manage meeting notes. You will be a key liaison, ensuring effective communication between business and technical teams.

Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of project management software, such as

    Smartsheet, Power BI, Jira

    , and

    MS Office

    .
  • Familiarity with project management principles, documentation, tools, and templates.
  • Understanding of creating and maintaining executive dashboards and reports.
  • Experience with multi-site project models is preferred.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree with experience, a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience, or a Diploma with a substantial background in project or program management.
  • Additional certifications in related project management tools are a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Organization:

    Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication:

    Strong communication skills, with a focus on effective collaboration with international teams and external partners.
  • Collaboration:

    Excellent collaboration skills to work as a liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Negotiation:

    Negotiation skills are a plus.
