Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the Design/Development milestones and activities of the projects. As the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), you will interact with other divisions for project coordination. Your role will involve standardizing processes and formats, coordinating non-project related activities, and reporting on divisional activities. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor projects according to schedule and milestones - Conduct internal reviews, summarize findings, and raise critical points to management for timely resolution - Prepare and track Trial issues summary, reliability, etc. - Coordinate project and non-project related activities within the division - Compile and monitor cost, weight, manhours, budget, and manpower - Standardize processes across the division - Identify opportunities for digitizing processes and systems - Utilize basic knowledge of Design and Development processes for automobiles - Apply project management experience in the automobile sector - Preference for knowledge in Interior plastics, seats, HVAC, along with project management experience - Familiarity with Power Bi and Data automation - Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations - Exhibit a positive attitude, proactive nature, and effective team player skills - Possess good communication, analytical, and presentation skills - Stay updated on industry trends and apply them in your work area Qualification Required: - B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engg./MBA with minimum 60% marks - 2-4 years of experience in Automotive industry Project Management - Ability to independently handle assigned projects/tasks Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the Design/Development milestones and activities of the projects.
