The ideal candidate for this position should hold a B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engineering or an MBA with a minimum of 60% marks. Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 4 years of experience. Knowledge of Interior plastics, seats, HVAC, project management, as well as Power Bi/Data automation is preferred. Strong presentation skills and the ability to make effective presentations are essential for this role. Behaviorally, you should exhibit a positive attitude, proactive nature, and be an effective team player with good communication, analytical, and presentation skills. It is crucial to stay updated on industry trends, both globally and domestically, and apply them in your work area.
