Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of aluminium formwork (Mivan) projects.
Provide expert guidance on formwork design, layout, and execution methodology.
Coordinate with design, procurement, execution, and quality teams for smooth operations
Review project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety norms.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Optimize resources including labour, materials, and equipment for cost-effective execution.
Train and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors on Mivan practices.
Prepare and present reports on project milestones, risks, and cost analysis.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field (master's preferred).
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in project execution, specifically in Aluminium Formwork (Mivan).
Strong understanding of Mivan technology, site management, construction practices, and project planning tools.
Prior experience in large-scale residential or commercial Mivan projects is mandatory.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
