Key Responsibilities

1. Ticket Management

• Read and thoroughly understand client-raised tickets related to ad tech, data, websites, and apps.
• Allocate tasks to appropriate team members based on skills and workload.
• Monitor progress and follow up to ensure timely completion of tasks.

2. Team Coordination

• Identify bottlenecks and team members who may be overloaded.
• Eliminate roadblocks and implement solutions to improve workflow.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

3. Performance Monitoring

• Ensure that all client work adheres to quality standards and SLA agreements.
• Analyze team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Raise alerts to management of issues well within time limits.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management and clients.

Qualifications

1. Experience

• At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects and software development initiatives.
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of tickets and multitask effectively.

2. Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.

3. Skills

• Proficiency in Jira and other project management tools.
• Strong understanding of ad tech, data analytics, web development, and mobile applications.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
