Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple industrial automation and SPM projects.
Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and quality departments to ensure project deliverables are achieved on time.
Prepare detailed project schedules using tools.
Monitor project progress and generate periodic status reports for internal teams and clients.
Identify and mitigate project risks and delays through proactive problem-solving.
Liaise with clients for project updates, requirement clarification, and change management.
Support cost estimation, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct project review meetings and maintain proper documentation.
Track and report key project KPIs (Cost, Time, Quality, Scope).

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Project Management and Planning in the SPM / Industrial Automation industry.
Excellent command on English language, especially rules of syntax, punctuation, and grammar.
Readiness for minimum 3 years of commitment.
Strong knowledge of project planning tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Exposure to AutoCAD, SolidWorks for better understanding of design aspects.
Knowledge of industrial standards, procurement processes, and vendor development.
