As a Project & Maintenance Assistant Manager at Kenangan Coffee India, your role revolves around supporting the new store development, renovation, and operational upkeep of cafe outlets across India. Your responsibilities will include: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for end-to-end project execution for new store openings, renovations, and upgrades. This involves securing and comparing multiple quotations to ensure cost savings for each project, coordinating design reviews, managing timelines and contractors, and conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Additionally, you will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all F&B outlets to ensure smooth daily operations. This includes managing service providers and contractors for various equipment and facilities, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting urgent maintenance concerns, and reviewing and optimizing maintenance processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Secure and compare multiple quotations for cost savings in each project - Coordinate design reviews, layout planning, and equipment specifications - Manage timelines, contractors, and vendors for smooth project delivery - Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality and safety standards - Prepare budgets, estimate costs, and track expenditures for all projects - Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all F&B outlets - Manage service providers and contractors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance - Implement preventive maintenance schedules and troubleshoot urgent maintenance concerns - Review and optimize maintenance processes, SLAs, and expense utilization - Ensure compliance with regulations, hygiene standards, and safety requirements - Maintain accurate documentation of store assets, equipment warranties, and service records - Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Store Development teams for seamless execution of initiatives - Support sustainability initiatives related to utilities efficiency and equipment lifecycle **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields - Minimum 5 years of experience in interior construction project management or facilities/maintenance roles, preferably in the Cafe or Food & Beverage sector - Ability to read CAD drawings - Hands-on experience with servicing and maintenance of specific equipment such as Aircon, Chillers, Blender, Coffee Machines, and Ovens - Experience in new F&B store construction workflows - Strong communication, vendor management, and negotiation skills - Analytical mindset with a focus on quality, cost control, and operational efficiency - Willingness to travel for site visits and project supervision - Fluent communication in English Please send your updated resume to: apac.jobs@kopikenangan.com.
