Project Lead Technical Architect

You will be joining Landmarkz Projects as a full-time Project Lead Technical Architect based in Pune. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing architectural projects right from their conceptualization to their successful completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and on-time delivery. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing submittals, managing project timelines efficiently, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and fostering a collaborative work environment among the team. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong proficiency in Submittals and Architecture along with prior experience in Project Management. Additionally, knowledge of Leadership Design principles, effective communication and coordination skills, and the ability to lead a team of Junior Architects are key requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is essential, while advanced degrees or certifications in the field would be advantageous. Familiarity with architectural software and tools will also be beneficial for your success in this position.
