What You Will Do Project Leadership & Design Lead large-scale consultancy projects with full design and regulatory strategy oversight. Own small to mid-value projects independently — managing design, compliance, and seamless delivery. Prepare, review, and ensure architectural documentation meets client and statutory requirements. Chair interdisciplinary meetings, coordinate teams, set clear project goals, and manage resources to meet strict deadlines. Technical & Quality Assurance (Including MEP) Perform thorough reviews of architectural, civil, and MEP drawings for accuracy and compliance.
