As a Project Lead Technical Architect, your role will involve handling submittals, architecture, project management, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Key Responsibilities - Utilize your Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills effectively. - Demonstrate experience in technical working drawings. - Understand services drawings and coordinate requirements with architectural drawings. - Apply your knowledge in Project Management and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). - Showcase expertise in submittals and sustainable design. - Display excellent leadership and communication skills. - Collaborate efficiently within a team environment.
