Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable engineering tasks.
Manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, project plans, and status reports.
Provide guidance on system integration of electronics with mechanical and software subsystems. Oversee electronics testing, validation, and verification activities
