Job Title: Cook / Kitchen Hand – Mining Site Job Summary: The Cook/Kitchen Hand is responsible for preparing and serving meals to site personnel, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting the overall operation of the camp kitchen in a remote mining environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation, cooking, and serving of meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized kitchen and dining area in line with food safety standards. Assist with stock control, deliveries, and food storage. Wash dishes, clean kitchen equipment, and dispose of waste properly. Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines. Support head chef or lead cook as required, including during shift changes and busy periods.
