Project Lead - Electronics

As a team leader in our organization, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians. Your role will involve allocating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables. Understanding customer requirements and translating them into actionable engineering tasks will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will be expected to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, project plans, and status reports will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will provide guidance on the system integration of electronics with mechanical and software subsystems. Overseeing electronics testing, validation, and verification activities will be crucial to the success of the projects you will be leading. We are looking for candidates with more than 8 years of experience, particularly in Project Management or leadership roles within the Medical devices manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should be able to join within the next 30 days and be willing to relocate to Jodhpur.
