Project Lead - Architectural Firm

The Project Lead will oversee architectural projects from concept through completion, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mid to large-scale architectural projects, ensuring seamless delivery from design to execution
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities
• Ensure design quality, sustainability, and compliance with building regulations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, contractors)
• Provide design direction and technical solutions for complex challenges
• Mentor and guide the design team to foster growth and innovation

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in architectural design and planning
• Strong project management skills, including timeline, budget, and resource management
• Experience working on mid to large-scale projects
• Experience with design tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and SketchUp
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch)
