Project Lead Analyst

As a Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing projects to ensure successful execution within set milestones and budgets. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating project plans, charters, stakeholder management plans, acceptance plans, and maintaining a central project issue log. - Collaborating with the Project Sponsor to align the business case with objectives and confirming project plans meet business needs as per project initiation documents. - Identifying and engaging all stakeholders in scope definition activities and ensuring understanding of project schedule and key milestones. - Escalating project risks to the Project Director or Project Sponsor when necessary. - Monitoring vendor performance and taking necessary actions based on performance evaluations. - Providing sophisticated analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions. - Influencing strategic decisions through advice, counsel, and services. - Operating with a level of autonomy and independence. - Acting as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members. - Assessing risks in business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Qualifications required for this role include: - 6-10 years of relevant experience. - Prior industry experience. - Comprehensive understanding of product or process activities and firm's different businesses. - Subject area expertise in specific skill sets. - Understanding of how different areas collectively contribute towards business objectives.
