Project Lead

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Lead to oversee software development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Core Java, multithreading, and design patterns, coupled with extensive experience across the entire SDLC. This role requires proven abilities in project monitoring, control, and performance management, including successful engagement with overseas clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement and ensure the effective use of

  to create scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Oversee and manage the

  entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  for assigned projects, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Lead

  Requirement Management
