- Develop and maintain effective relationship with key stakeholders, internally and externally.
- Ensuring that basic facilities are well maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.
- Review existing operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operation standards.
- Transport and travel management. Ensure maintenance of contract vehicles related records as per the ISO requirements.
- Ensure maintenance of house-keeping, pest control service, sanitary and cleaning of offices according to 5S workplace Organization method.
- Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environment, health, security standards.
- Extend support during EMS, Sports, Events, Wellness Center activities and other employee welfare activities.
- Preparing various MIS.
- Knowledge of SAP operations.
- Managing entire workplace management.
