Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Head in Real Estate at Golf Island Residences, located in New Delhi. The Project Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management and facility management, from planning and development to execution. Day-to-day tasks include managing financial operations, monitoring commercial real estate assets, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective team management to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Expertise in Property Management and Facility Management (FM)
Experience in Commercial Real Estate and general Real Estate management
Strong financial acumen and proficiency in handling Finance-related tasks
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to work effectively and efficiently on-site in New Delhi
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
