Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall development and execution of a 9 MTPA greenfield open cast coal mining project in Odisha.
• Coordinate land acquisition, statutory clearances (Forest, EC, R&R, DGMS), and mine infrastructure development.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and timely approval processes.
• Liaison with government authorities, consultants, and internal teams for effective execution.
• Manage production planning, deployment of HEMM, and ensure safety and environmental standards.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team for successful project commissioning and ramp-up.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mining Engineering (mandatory)

• First Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Coal) – DGMS, India

  (mandatory)

Preferred Skills:

• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience in greenfield open cast mine development and operation.
• Good liaisoning abilities with state and central authorities.
