The Opportunity Looking for a passionate on field person to deliver day to day advisory services to farmers at a globally recognized Agri-tech startup. Job Type: Full time Location: Sundargarh, Odisha Reporting to: Team Leader Key Responsibilities Onboard new farmers to Kheyti Greenhouse program. Train the onboarded farmers on maintenance of Greenhouse and protected cultivation. Resolve farmers’ agronomy-related queries and ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Improve inbound and outbound farmer engagement by telecalling and coordinating field visits and campaigns to increase awareness of best practices. Farmer database maintenance. Work closely with senior agronomists to provide input recommendations. Ensure warehousing and timely delivery of inputs to farmers. Ideal Candidate We're looking for a mission-driven individual who is passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of smallholder farmers. The ideal candidate thrives in the field, enjoys hands-on problem-solving, and is excited to be part of a high-impact startup tackling climate change through agriculture. Must-Haves Bsc/Msc in Agriculture or Horticulture Enthusiastic about expansion and willingness to do travel. Knowledge on horticulture/crop management Nice-to-Haves Passionate about bringing a revolution in the traditional agricultural systems and practices. Eagerness to learn and explore more on Agronomy or Horticulture and contribute to the vision and mission of the company Not a Fit Someone unwilling to travel or work on the field.
