Job Description

Job Title- Project Head ( Construction High rise building)

Location Mumbai ( M.H)

We are seeking an experienced “Project Head” to lead High rise building construction (Residential + Commercial) . The ideal candidate has a strong background in civil engineering and project management from reputed organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or related field; MBA preferred.
15-20 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
Proven track record of successfully managing high-rise buildings (commercial & residential), redevelopment projects, real estate construction sites.
Ability to manage vendors and motivate teams.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project execution from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Oversee site operations, including labour management, material procurement, and equipment maintenance.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project progress.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Risk Management and Mitigations.
