Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Head for Real Estate Sales to lead our sales team in driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our real estate projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring sales targets are met, and building strong relationships with customers, developers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.

- Conduct market research and analyze competitors to stay ahead.

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

2. Team Management:

- Lead, motivate, and train a high-performing sales team.

- Set individual sales targets and monitor performance.

- Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and customer focus.

3. Sales Operations:

- Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closure.

- Ensure accurate sales reporting and forecasting.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of projects, pricing, and promotions.

- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

1. Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2. Experience:

Real Estate sales

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations.

3. Skills:

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales and marketing acumen.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
