Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting with potential buyers, presenting and demonstrating property features, negotiating sales agreements, and closing deals. The role will involve maintaining relationships with clients, staying up-to-date on market trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service and relationship management
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
