Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and structure projects in fields such as skill education, IT, healthcare, business, agriculture, creative arts, hospitality, logistics, environment, and life skills.
Formulate comprehensive project plans, set objectives, define scope, and allocate resources.
Conduct thorough needs assessments, risk appraisal, and feasibility analysis for new projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders for project approvals and cross-functional alignment.
Prepare budgets, timelines, and milestones; monitor progress against goals.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory frameworks.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams through the project formulation phase.
Liaise with external partners, funding agencies, and government bodies to ensure project success.

Preferred candidate profile

Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
Prior experience (1 to 5 years) in project planning, management, or skill development initiatives is highly desirable.
Strong project management skills: planning, budgeting, risk assessment, stakeholder management.
Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present ideas to senior leadership.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and adaptability.
Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects across domains and deliver under tight deadlines.
Industry/certification in project management or skill development is a plus.
