Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY OF EXECUTIVE-PROJECTS Commercial & Compliance Validation - Reviewing and validating commercials, compliance documents, and manpower breakup details to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies. Invoice Compliance - Verifying GST details and ensuring compliance in customer invoices before processing. Customer Onboarding & Setup in SAP - Creating new customer codes, projects, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), activities, and revenue structures in SAP for seamless onboarding. Revisions & Modifications in SAP - Managing MW revisions, incremental revisions, renewals, and other required modifications for existing customers in SAP. Additions of Existing Accounts in SAP - Facilitating the addition of customer codes, projects, WBS, activities, and revenue streams for existing clients. Customer Data Management in SAP - Updating critical customer information, including name, address, GSTIN, contract extensions, and other relevant modifications in SAP. Customer Account Closure in SAP - Ensuring the systematic closure of accounts for withdrawn customers in SAP. Document Maintenance (SAP & Common Folder) - Ensure all relevant documents (NCI, Supporting Documents, Revenue breakup, etc., ) are properly reviewed and stored as per process. Updating tracks (Kelsa) - Updating and releasing tracking reports to monitor project progress and financial data.
