Job Description

Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and execute capital & revamp projects (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Process-related).
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for project execution.
Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations (statutory & internal).
Review P&IDs, layouts, and equipment specifications in line with chlorination, hydrogenation, and other hazardous processes.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Prepare and maintain project documentation (progress reports, approvals, statutory clearances).
Support plant modifications, debottlenecking, and technology upgradation projects.
Liaise with cross-functional teams (Production, EHS, Quality, Procurement) for smooth project execution.
Drive cost optimization and energy-efficient project solutions.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of chemical process equipment, safety standards, and statutory
approvals (Factory Act, PESO, Pollution Control, etc.).
Proven experience in handling CAPEX projects from design to commissioning.
Good leadership, vendor management, and communication skills.
