Key Responsibilities

• Be the primary liaison for clients and address project requirements, concerns, and updates
• Supervise on-site teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and customers for timely execution and material flow.
• Conduct site visits regularly to monitor progress and troubleshoot problems.
• Educate customers on material usage and suggest techniques for better outcomes.
• Prepare and manage monthly project billing and maintain relevant documentation.
• Track and control material consumption at project sites to reduce wastage.
• Ensure project milestones are met with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in civil project execution and team management
• Proven expertise in supervising construction projects and ensuring compliance with SOPs.
• Strong understanding of quality control, material management, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and vendor relationships.
• Ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
• Proficiency in documentation and billing related to project execution.
• Problem-solving ability with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
