Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and executing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project execution of MEP and ELV works at client sites.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for project requirements.
Ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and timelines.
Conduct quality checks and adherence to industry standards.
Prepare project status reports and update stakeholders.
Troubleshoot technical/site issues and implement corrective measures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
3 - 5 years of experience in MEP/ELV project execution.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Firefighting, Electrical, Security & ELV systems.
Project management, coordination, and site supervision skills.
