Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Project Execution Engineer PA Analytical Products and Systems

Project Handover From Proposal Team
To review the Approved Drawings to understand the scope of supply / services.
Planning With CPM and Procurement Teams
To review the Manufacturing Schedule for Long Lead and High Value Items in the Project
To review the Manufacturing Schedule from the System Integrators
Meeting with Procurement and System Integrators for Scope Clarity
Detailed knowledge of Sick Products (Dust, In Situ and Extractive Analysers)
Close coordination with Procurement Team for the Deliveries / Material Receipt Status
Progress / Review Meetings With Procurement Team and System Integrators
Inspections At System Integrators / Vendors (If Required)
To review the System Integrator/Vendor Documents (Test Certificates, Test Reports etc.)
Physical Inspection of the Project Material Received at CFC (Factory) as per PO / Drgs.
Power On, Internal Tests and Functionality Tests for the Products and Systems at CFC
To review and clear the GRN for the Incoming Materials
To prepare the Internal Inspection Reports
To support Engineering Team for RSC Documentation (For Execution Phase)
Close coordination with CPM Team for the Customer Inspections
To ensure the availability of the required documents for the Customer Inspections
To ensure the readiness of the Products / Systems for Customer Inspections
To conduct the Customer Inspections / Factory Acceptance Tests
To note the Customer Observations / Punch Points (if any) during Inspection
To discuss (internally) regarding the additions / scope changes (if any) during Inspection
To prepare the Inspection Report / Minutes Of Meeting for the Customer Inspection / FAT
Resolution of Punch Points (if any) during Customer Inspection / FAT
To support CPM Team to get the Dispatch Clearance from Customer
To provide Final Project BOM for the Material Dispatch
To follow all Internal Processes and Sick, Germany Processes (as applicable).

Preferred candidate profile

QUALIFICATION: B E Instrumentation (Preferred)
EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 Years,
SKILLS: Experience in Testing and Inspection of the Analytical Products and Systems
