WorleyParsons Sdn Bhd is looking for Senior Project Control Specialist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Project Planning: Assist in the development of detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and budget estimation
Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, analyze budget variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to project costs
Schedule Management: Track project timelines, milestones, and critical path activities
Identify potential delays and work with project managers to implement corrective actions
Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
Regularly assess project risks and report on risk exposure to stakeholders
Performance Analysis: Collect and analyze project data to assess performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and project objectives
Change Management: Evaluate and manage project scope changes
Assess the impact of change requests on project timelines and budgets
Resource Allocation: Work with project managers to allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and equipment
