Project Engineer/Site Engineer

As a Construction Manager, your role involves planning drawing requirements on a monthly basis, ensuring quality work at the site as per construction checklist, devising the sequence of activities in coordination with stakeholders, coordinating with the purchase team for vendor enrolment and managing costs, approvals, and coordination between branches and headquarters. Additionally, you will be responsible for timely construction planning to meet annual targets, ensuring quality within budgeted costs, managing safety, staffing, training, development of site staff, and ensuring legal statutory compliances. Qualifications Required: - Full-time B. Tech in Civil Engineering with 7 to 9 years of experience in building construction, specifically residential projects. - Passion for quality work and attention to detail. - Preferred understanding of MS Projects and Farvision. - Strong desire for continuous learning and self-improvement. - High energy, enthusiasm, and ability to multitask effectively as a team player. - Success measured by achieving customer satisfaction and meeting project objectives.
