Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Determine project schedules by studying the job manufacturing process and calculating time requirements based on workload and standard time periods. Submit multiple project schedules to clients at regular intervals.

Monitor project progress, resolve problems, and raise alarms as needed to avoid delays.

Communicate with internal staff and customers effectively.

Follow up with clients for design approval and payment realization at various project execution stages.

Resolve issues during project execution, both internally and with clients.

Coordinate customer visits for inspections and address any issues reported during these inspections.

Procure imported items required for press assembly.

Arrange shipping and coordinate with the logistics team and clients.

Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotation) for installation activities at sites. Send inquiries to various service providers for complete installation and commissioning activities and finalize orders through the purchasing department.

Qualification & Skills

Familiarity with various types of presses, including hydraulic and mechanical.

Understanding of press operations such as forming, blanking, drawing, piercing, and coining.

Proficiency in MS Project, SAP, and AutoCAD.

Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions, including income tax duties.

Understanding of manufacturing methods and documentation.

Effective communication skills.
