Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, predict and manage all the technical tasks of the assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources and quality from start to finish.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Managing parts of construction projects.
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project performances
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• End to end execution of solar ground mounted projects

Qualifications

• Education

  : Bachelors Degree (B.Tech EEE/Mechanical/ BE EEE, Mechanical/ Diploma EEE, Mechanical).

• Experience:

  Minimum 3 years of experience in handling large-scale projects, preferably MW-scale Solar PV projects.

Technical Expertise

• Deep practical knowledge of electrical equipment such as HT panels, transformers, inverters, switchgear and protection systems, MMS Structure installation, Pilling, etc.
• Monitor mechanical assembly of solar panels (mounting modules, clamps, and fasteners).
• Supervise installation of solar module mounting structures (MMS) fixed tilt or tracker systems.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and torque tightening as per specifications.
• Hands-on experience in AC works (HT/LT cabling, transformer installation, switchyard erection, grid connectivity, synchronization) and DC works (module mounting, stringing, DC cabling, combiner boxes, earthing, and surge protection).
  
• Project Management: Strong business acumen in project planning, execution, monitoring, and team coordination.
• Skills: Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills, with the ability to prepare technical reports and documentation.
