Project Engineers – Distillery Division

Location: Kasarwadi (PCMC, Pune)
Department: Projects / Distillery Division
Experience: 2–6 years (in Distillery / Ethanol Plant Projects preferred)
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering field

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and technically skilled Project Engineers to join our Distillery Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the execution of distillery and ethanol plant projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing distillery/ethanol plant projects.
• Coordinate with process, piping, civil, and instrumentation teams for project integration.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, P&IDs, equipment layouts, and BOQs.
• Monitor site activities, vendor progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Support erection, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Sound knowledge of distillery or ethanol plant processes and equipment.
• Experience in project coordination and execution (mechanical, piping, or process).
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
